Question 1

Will my Instagram account get banned for using DM Flow?

Accepted Answer

DM Flow is built around official platform integrations where available and is designed to avoid scraper-style workarounds. Account safety still depends on using your connected business accounts correctly and staying within each platform's rules.

Question 2

Will leads know they're talking to AI?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want them to. DM Flow mirrors your tone, vocabulary, and way of speaking based on your onboarding. Most coaches find their leads assume it's them personally. You decide how the AI introduces itself.

Question 3

What are Sequences and how do they work?

Accepted Answer

Sequences are automated multi-step DM campaigns you build once and run forever. You write each message, set the delay between steps (e.g. 4 hours, 1 day, 3 days), and the AI sends them automatically to leads who haven't replied. Perfect for warming up cold leads, re-engaging ghosts, or onboarding new followers.

Question 4

Does DM Flow have a built-in CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a full 9-stage Kanban pipeline built specifically for fitness coaches. Leads move automatically from first DM through qualification, call booked, sale, and beyond. Drag-and-drop cards, add notes, and see your entire pipeline at a glance. No need for a separate CRM tool.

Question 5

How does the lead qualification scoring work?

Accepted Answer

Every lead gets a 0–100 score based on their answers during the AI conversation. The score weighs factors like budget signals, urgency, goal clarity, and engagement. You set the minimum score threshold — leads below it get a polite exit, leads above it get moved to the booking stage automatically.

Question 6

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most coaches are fully live in under 15 minutes. Connect your platforms, answer a few questions about your coaching style and offer, and DM Flow writes your qualifying script automatically. No tech knowledge required.

Question 7

Why not just use ManyChat or a cheaper chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Generic chatbots send canned replies. DM Flow trains on your offer, your scripts, and your objection handles — then responds with context-aware AI that actually qualifies leads using BANT. ManyChat can send a sequence. DM Flow can have a full conversation, handle objections, score the lead, and book the call.

Question 8

Does DM Flow integrate with GoHighLevel, Calendly or my CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DM Flow has native integrations with Calendly for booking and GoHighLevel for pipeline tracking. Zapier and Make connections give you access to 1,000+ more apps — HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, and anything else in your stack. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

Question 9

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no lock-ins. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You won't be charged again and your account stays active until the end of your billing period.
